Grief and Loss Support Network for Parents who have lost their Child to Addiction

Offering parents a safe place to grieve the loss of their child to drug or alcohol addiction can be so important in their healing process. Strategies for Success has an ongoing support group for parent(s) who have lost a child to drug or alcohol addiction.

I came across a recent article by Vickie Holbrook of The Idaho Press Tribune about Dennis Mansfield, an Idaho politician who was recounting the loss of his son to addiction. He recounts emotion in a book he wrote about his son called “Beautiful Nate”
